Speaking of MMF, I have a personal goal to log 25 workouts from 08-19 through 09-17-13. I’m at 10 so far. If I don’t add in two morning workouts on top of my pre-scheduled evening workouts that I have throughout the week (minus Sundays) then I won’t make my goal. I loath working out in the morning. I wish I could manage it with do problem, but it’s already hard for me to wake up at 6am (especially now that it’s dark out at that time) and get to work by 8! As my husband says, “Honey, I love you, support you and believe in you, but before 5:30am you aren’t going to get out of bed even for the last piece of cheesecake on earth.” And he’s absolutely right.
So we’ll see how this goes. I’m really going to push to meet my goal. It’s my first one and I don’t want to blow it!
I lost five pounds in the month of August (10.2 pounds total). I worked hard for those five pounds. Last week when I weighed-in –oops, I just realized I forgot to write about that–well anyway, I weighed in and I didn’t lose a single pound but I also didn’t gain. That was frustrating. But I’ve been messing with my calories due to a metabolic test I took recently so hopefully I can get that straightened out soon.
My current weight sits at 269.8. I don’t think I’ve been below 270 in six months!For the latest visit my weight tracker page.
